WHY GALLUP WORKSHOPS?

Gallup wrote the book on strengths – literally. They were the first organization to intentionally research and record information about human strengths and has studied the subject for decades. Dr. Clifton, Tom Rath, and a team of Gallup scientists created the online Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment to measure the prevalence of 34 talent themes individuals who took the survey.

Strengths-based development and the StrengthsFinder assessment are the culmination of more than 50 years of Dr. Clifton’s lifelong effort to help people worldwide discover their strengths. In 2002, Dr. Clifton received an American Psychological Association Presidential Commendation as the Father of Strengths-Based Psychology.
